Owner | Principal Consultant
As an Asian American, Chanet brings a worldly and cultural perspective to design. Studying Art, Architecture, and Visual Culture in Europe, she developed her passion for Interior Design. Her expertise lies in colour use and artistic detail.
Chanet and her partner founded their interior design firm in Las Vegas with the intention to create innovative, one-of-a-kind spaces with functionality, art, and timelessness at its core. Continuing to learn the latest and greatest in design, Chanet has created a solid foundation for project procurement. Playing with texture, dimension, and color, any space can be curated into something beautiful.

Originally from Iowa, Michelle came to Las Vegas 25 years ago and began her career in the hospitality industry. Transitioning into interior design early on, Michelle graduated in 2009 with a BFA in Interior Design, which then led her to venture into opening Mic & Nay with her partner.
Her hospitality career brings a personal touch for a client’s experience and fosters a relationship of trust. With superb project management skills, quality control, and extensive design knowledge, she loves to create approachable spaces that stand the test of time.

Junior Interior Designer
Design is the ability to culminate various styles together to form a habitable, yet aesthetically pleasing space for daily living. With background in high-end residential design, Darwin is able to develop proper and creative space planning in an attempt to establish transformative spaces set with functionality, purpose, and importance. With proficient knowledge in multiple programs, Darwin is passionate to deliver experiences for clients and the team of professionals at MIC & NAY Design Collective.

Interior Design Assistant
Amanda is a designer immersed in all facets of design – from picking materials to curating mood boards all while holding a keen eye for design and a strategic mindset. Over the past decade Amanda has had the privilege of threading her expertise across event spaces with now a career shift into the Las Vegas interior design space. She considers herself lucky to be along professionals such as Mic & Nay while recognizing the importance of seizing opportunities.
